In 1999, after ten years of close cooperation, Joseph MELLOT took over the Quincy & Reuilly vineyards of Domaine Jean-Michel Sorbe Estate, the name of which was kept to perpetuate its history. A new international boost was given to this [iconic] Winery.
Today, Catherine Corbeau-Mellot and her team honor these historical Quincy and Reuilly vineyards by maintaining the local know-how and producing great wines from their best terroirs.

They are just a few kilometers apart, west of Bourges City.
Domaine Jean-Michel SORBE Vineyards are managed in an integrated, sustainable and environmentally responsible way: always respecting the soils, terroirs and biodiversity. Our Estate consequently obtained its High Environmental Value (HVE) Certification in 2019.
