Derived from the Loire tradition of producing fine sparkling wines, the Crémant de Loire AOC was created in 1975. Benefiting from the traditional know-how of winegrowers and merchants as well as favorable production conditions, Crémant de Loire has gradually developed.
The Crémant de Loire production area corresponds to the Anjou, Touraine and Cheverny surfaces. This wide geographical range explains the high variability of soils, climates and therefore grape varieties.
Our Crémant de Loire is produced from Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
Technical constraints: manual harvesting in windowed crates; pressing: extraction of 100L of juice out of 150kg of grapes. Aging on laths for a minimum of 9 months.
