All our estates are certified ‘High Environmental Value’ (HVE). It is a voluntary approach, built around 4 major environmental aspects: biodiversity protection, phytosanitary strategy, fertilization management and water resources management.
Impeccable compliance with specifications, limiting the use of sulfite and eliminating – Synthetic products – Herbicides and insecticides – GMOs All plots are subject to rigorous computerized monitoring, guaranteeing complete traceability of production on all Maison Joseph MELLOT estates.
First winery to be certified in 2009 This means sorting, recycling and reclaiming all waste: glass, plastic, wood, paper, cardboard, corks, wastewater, oenological waste, etc.
