Our 12th century Cellar
Upon request, we organize guided tours of our historical Cellar (12th century) located in the heart of Sancerre. This is actually our aging Cellar where our Top cuvées are maturing in oak barrels.
Our Cellar visit is followed by a tasting of several of our wines, paired with our signature regional specialty: Crottin de Chavignol (local goat cheese).
Duration: around 1 hour (including the round trip to/from our Winery, Visit & Tasting).
Standard Reservation: 24 hours in advance.
Express Reservation: half-day in advance (in the Morning for the Afternoon f.i.).
